Booking sports facilities
There are 14 indoor sports halls in Uusikaupunki, which, due to their size and the available equipment, can be used for engaging in a wide range of sports.
The City sports services manages and administers access to school sports halls on weekdays from 4 to 10 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays, and in the summer. The sports halls in Haapaniemi and Seikow are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Sports hall reservations
You can make a reservation by logging into the booking system using your credentials.
Reservations made through Julius are dealt with within 1 to 3 days from the reservation date.
In sports halls that accept online payments and Iloq, users can access the hall with their pin code without separate approval from the system administrator.
The deadline for ongoing reservations is the end of May each year, and confirmation is issued in June (there is a separate form for ongoing reservations)
You can make individual reservations all year round by directly registering through the booking system.
Paying for sports hall reservations
Reservations are charged per hour. You also have to pay for tournaments, games and matches (standard reservation price). The valid VAT is added to prices, except for associations, for whom VAT is included in the price. For concerts, fairs and flea markets, etc., organised by local associations, the hourly price is the same as a standard reservation price, charged for the entire duration of the event.
You can pay for your reservation with an invoice or at the swimming hall cash desk.
You can pay for the swimming hall in cash or using a bank/credit card or one of the following methods: Smartum, Eazybreak, Epassi, Tyky or Edenred.
Some sports halls accept online payments.
