Registry
You can contact us by e-mail or by phone. If you want to visit the registry office in person, please make an appointment in advance.

The registry office will deliver your message to the appropriate party, register any matters related to decision-making in the case management system, and provide information on the progress of matters.
When sending documents by e-mail, please attach them to the e-mail instead of sending a link to cloud, for example.
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt for e-mails sent to the registry. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please send your message again or contact the registry office to ensure that your message has been delivered.
The service point Passari handles the registry services during annual holidays and outside opening hours. You may also deliver documents addressed to the registry office to Passari (Mörnenkatu 2) during opening hours.

The image below shows the data (in Finnish) by service area. Under the different service areas there are data pools, i.e., sets of data generated in relation to the management of a specific task.
Within each data set you can see the body responsible for the data set and a description of the kind of data (for example, customer data or data related to decisions) that is included in the data set. The information in each data set also tells you which information systems are used to process the information and which search filters can be used to search for related information. In addition, there is information about the possible availability of data materials through technical interfaces.
